A big thank you to Phil Clark for taking on the role of Tigerlink Champion New Zealand.

Phil grew up in Keyingham, East Yorkshire, and has always been a very keen Tigers fan. He remembers driving all the way from Germany to see the 2-0 victory at Burnley when we were narrowly denied promotion. The 8-4 win over Whitby Town is another one of his favourite memories. Phil moved to New Zealand straight after the Wembley win in 2008. He now heads up Church Army NZ. He is very happy in his new country and his job takes him all over the land, but he loves Avondale in Auckland where he lives. He supports his son's team Ellerslie Shotaholics in the local league and also does some refereeing.

Anyway, don't worry Phil; Tigerlink will keep you in touch with all things Hull City and all things Hull.

Phil has also spent time in post-earthquake Christchurch, New Zealand. Maybe the new bridge off Scale Lane isn't so bad after all? It's definitely safer than this one!

Hull - UK City of Culture 2017

'We are a social media based Hull City AFC supporters group 'serving the Tiger Nation at home and abroad'. We also promote tourism and the economy of Hull and the East Riding. We hope to use Hull City's return to the Premier League as a platform to promote all things Hull and maximise the opportunities presented by the Tigers' elevation to the top tier.'
