PRE MATCH PINT? WHERE DO YOU STOP BEFORE THE GAME?

Rachel

'Tigers Lair down Anlaby Road, close to the station is a Hull City themed pub/venue. Free Wifi, pool and offers on bottled beer. Convenient place to stop en route from the city centre to the KC.'

Leanne

'Loads of bars down Princes Ave - we dont usually stick to one, Pave is nice, chilled out atmosphere, does get busy before the game. Pearsons on the corner of Princes Ave and Spring Bank is usually our last stop before walking to the KC.'

Steve

'The Avenue down Chanterlands Ave, I pass it on my walk to the ground so always get a pint on the way!'

SNACK BEFORE THE GAME? POST MATCH MEAL?

Trevor

'Garbutts down Princes Avenue do a decent burger and chips. Good atmosphere and food, very popular before and after the game for food or a beer.'

Mark

Kingfisher fish and chip shop on Spring Bank. After the match always get chips from here. It's just round the corner from the Walton Street car park where I park. I walk over and get chips while the queues die down from people all leaving the car park at once after the game.'

Lisa

I take my two kids to the game and we usually go to St Stephens and have something to eat before the game. A few choices for food - there is Nando's or Prezzo for a meal or Subway or Burger King for snacks.'

Charlotte

'Circle 87 just by the traffic lights where Walton Street meets Anlaby Road does amazing burgers and triple cooked chips. They also sell beers and drinks'

Hull - UK City of Culture 2017

'We are a social media based Hull City AFC supporters group 'serving the Tiger Nation at home and abroad'. We also promote tourism and the economy of Hull and the East Riding. We hope to use Hull City's return to the Premier League as a platform to promote all things Hull and maximise the opportunities presented by the Tigers' elevation to the top tier.'
