Opened in 2002, the stadium is home to Hull City AFC and Rugby League club Hull FC. It is named after the sponsors of the stadium, KC (formerly Kingston Communications) a subsidiary of the KCOM Group. The stadium is owned by Hull City Council and operated by the SMC (Stadium Management Company). As well as hosting concerts and international football in the past, the KC hosted several games for the Rugby League World Cup in the autumn of 2013.

AT THE STADIUM In a change to previous seasons at the KC, away fans are now housed in the Northern part of the East Stand. This is clearly signposted from Walton Street car park and around the stadium. The East Stand faces the tunnel and provides a great side on view of the pitch.
This will be the first time that we have had home supporters behind both goals and the hope is that it will create a better atmosphere. Traditionally the most vocal home supporters section was in the East Stand corner, bordering the away fans. This has now moved to the Eastern corner of North Stand so the home 'singers' will still border the away fans, ensuring the banter is maintained between the two sets of fans.
The Ticket Office and Tiger Leisure and Hull FC stores are housed in the East Stand side of the stadium. The 'Dugout' Bar is in the South Stand and the reception and Kingston, Wilberforce and Carter suites are found on the West Stand side.
In addition to the Tiger Leisure store, there is an outlet close to the main reception selling Hull City merchandise. This is only open on a matchday. Check out our photos of the stadium to see the locations.
For the 2015/16 season cash turnstiles have been removed. This means that all supporters much purchase a ticket to gain entry to the ground.
CLUB MASCOT The official mascot of Hull City AFC is Roary the Tiger
2013 saw the arrival of Roary's sister Amber
