WELCOME TO HULL CITY
Great to see Michael on the pitch at half time on Thursday evening being introduced to the fans as a City player. A true pro like his brother, we think Daws junior is a fantastic signing. Good luck Michael!

PHIL PAGE - G'DAY FROM AUSTRALIA
Here is a message from Phil, a lifelong Tigers fan who has been following City from Oz for the last five years;
'I've been supporting City all my life but me and son Charlie gave our East Stand passes up in September 2009 to migrate to Adelaide. Saw everything at Boothferry and the playoff at Wembley and first 18 months in the Premier League before coming out here. I miss it terribly but watch every game home and away on Foxsports channel in Oz. Don't really have a favourite player in the current team we have, to us they are all as good, think it's a fab team we are devoloping. Billy Whitehurst was a fave of mine in the 80's and Tony Norman. I have just joined 'Hull City Australia' and we have 420 members in just a week. I would like to wish Steve Bruce and the players all the best for the coming season. UTT!'
Phil features on our 'TIGERLINK CHAMPIONS' page - check it out to see more photos including a very stylish looking car with smart reg plates!

TIGERLINK APPRENTICE AND HESSLE COLTS RANGERS'
MARK BRADLEY SHARES HIS THOUGHTS
AHEAD OF THE NEW SEASON
'The start of the new season is edging closer. Newly promoted side Queens Park Rangers will host our very first game of the new season at Loftus Road. Players have left the club, new players have joined. Players who have left are Conor Townsend (loan), Mark Oxley (loan), Joe Dudgeon (loan), Matty Fryatt (Forest), Abdoulaye Faye (released), Robert Koren, (released) and Nick Proschwitz (released). Proschwitz was one of Steve Bruce's first signings for the Tigers and he is the only transfer flop Steve Bruce has made in his two years in charge. Also today, breaking news as Shane Long leaves the Tigers for a £12m fee and heads off to Southampton.
Tigerlink would like to wish all of the players who have departed the club best wishes for the rest of their careers.
However, there are also new faces at the KC Stadium for this season. Robert Snodgrass, Tom Ince, Harry Maguire, Andy Robertson and Jake Livermore are the new signings at the club. Livermore joins Hull City after a successful loan spell at the club last season. Robert Snodgrass was arguably Norwich's best player last season and will hope to keep up his form this season. The likes of Tom Ince and Harry Maguire have proven themselves at Championship and League One level respectively. Not many fans have heard of Andy Robertson though. The left back joined the Tigers from Dundee United at the end of July. He scored a goal against Stuttgart in City's last pre season friendly. On Twitter, rumour has it that City are close to a deal with Man Utd striker Danny Welbeck for £14m to replace Shane Long. If Welbeck was to sign, he'd be on £60,000 a week.
Away from the league, City are also competing in Europe for the first ever time in their 110 year history. Thanks to a bullet header from Ahmed Elmohamady and a spectacular volley from Sone Aluko (after AS Trencin striker Malec had given the Slovakian side an early lead in last week's game), the Tigers go through to the play off round and will come up against Belgian side Lokeren in home and away legs.'
GOOD LUCK ROBBIE
Tigerlink would like to wish Robert Koren all the very best with his new club Melbourne City. Robbie's time as a Hull City player coincided with some of our most glorious years and he played a big part in stabilising the Club in the Championship and their return to the Premier League and the Wembley adventures. He leaves some great memories and goes with our very best wishes.
